Corona virus update 2020 (Covid19)

With the current pandemic in full swing we want to share a few terms and conditions  for what would happen if anything to do with the pandemic interferes with your booking 

Isolating:
If yourself or ourselves needs to isolate all bookings remain non-refundable and we will endeavour to honour your booking at the nearest suitable date.  We understand that this pandemic is unpredictable and who you come into contact with on a daily basis can leave you in a position of having to isolate/ same with ourselves dealing with clients, staff and students on a daily basis in close contact services if we need to isolate for the safety of everyone then sadly this will have to happen and we will message you to let you know that this process is having to happen. 

Lockdown:

If another lockdown was to happen we would simply work with you during lockdown to complete as much of your course from home as possible and schedule the practical to your course in salon at a suitable available date for both yourself and ourselves once lockdown is lifted.  We will not be offering courses in the centre until lockdown if lifted please don't ask us to break the rules it's about keeping ourselves, our families, your families and friends safe at all times.

Refunds:

All courses are still non-refundable this is due to materials being emailed in booking your course with all our content listed, course dates however will be offered at a suitable time and date for both yourself and ourselves to complete your training ina  safe manner 

Masks:

If you have booked training and cannot wear a mask, please let us know as this may affect your training due to the nature of the courses we offer. We do have masks available to buy for just £1 on the day. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Copyright for all visual media created by or on behalf of Oh Doll Training Academy Limited will belong equally to the photographer, the academy and any stakeholders involved which includes models, students and tutors, unless otherwise specified within a contract. Ownership of visual media will be owned by Oh Doll Training Academy Limited  and cannot be sold by any other party/stakeholder. Trendy Locks reserve the right to use these visual media at their discretion for any purpose. Images created on Pro Portfolio Days falls outside of this ownership right, only images purchased by students on the Pro Portfolio Day can be sold to third parties by the paying students.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products and courses appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.

-A student is accepted for enrolment once a 100%  payment has been received and an invoice has been sent and paid , This payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another course/date (within 12 months) at Oh Doll Training academy Limited discretion.
Full course fees must be paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card 14 days before the course commences, unless a payment plan or other method of payment is previously agreed and has been confirmed via email. Oh Doll Training academy Limited reserves the right to cancel a course/courses if full payment (or payment plan instalment) has not been received.

Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, beverages or meals, nor will any of these be refunded if the course is needed to be postponed for any reason.
Students requesting dates not listed on our websites will be charged an additional fee for scheduling new dates. Oh Doll Training academy Limited reserve the right to allocate further students to these dates, unless previously agreed.
Unless agreed upto 7 days before the start of your course date, any downgrades of course packages will consist of a 20% surcharge of the downgrade price. This is effective from the first day of the course.-

-Students must provide sufficient notice for all cancellations. Minimum 14 working days for cancellations and minimum 10 working days for rebookings (where applicable)

– For courses longer than 1 week in duration a minimum of 28 working days must be given for cancellations and rebookings.
All cancellations must be made directly over the phone to the office and followed up with an email.
In the event of cancellation of courses/examinations by the student, payments will not be refunded and Trendy Locks reserves the right to charge 100% of course fees. In the event of a rebooking there will be a charge of up to £100 dependant upon course plus an admin charge of £12. Rebooking fee, admin charge and any remaining course fees must be paid in full before rebooking.
Should the course be cancelled by Oh Doll Training academy Limited due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, terrorism or act of God, then Oh Doll Training academy Limited would not refund students. An alternative course date will be offered.

 

On occasion, there will be no shows and last minute cancellations when it comes to models that at are not in the control of Trendy Locks.
Models can also book themselves in for opportunities and may not be suitable for the treatment.
Oh Doll Training academy Limited has a process to minimize this but on occasion these incidents will occur.
Oh Doll Training academy Limited takes no responsibility or liability in any form in these situations.

Students should arrive on time, as stated on their joining letter. Students should contact Trendy Locks at the earliest opportunity if they cannot arrive on time.
Trendy Locks  reserves the right to withhold certificates for poor attendance.
Absence should be avoided wherever possible.

- If you arrive more than 10mins late you will be refused entry to the course and will loose your course fee, it is imperative you arrive on time as we have so much to get through. 

-Any time off for personal reasons, religious holidays, etc. must be discussed and agreed before booking.

-Students are expected to look presentable and professional at all times and maintain a professional manner.

-Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of courses. No refunds will be given.
-All rooms are to be kept in a clean and tidy manner. Students who cause any damages to TRendy Locks property will be held responsible and charged appropriately. If necessary, police will be informed.
-Theft will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of all classes and no refund given. Police will be informed.
-Students should not remove any property from the school without prior consent.
-If translators are required, they must be arranged and paid for by the student.TRendy Lcosk must be notified of translator’s attendance at time of booking.
-Any personal belongings at the premises are left at the students own risk.Oh Doll Training academy Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.
-Oh Doll Training academy Limited reserves the right to change courses, dates, examination dates, examination locations, course content, tutor and fees without any prior notice.

-Oh Doll Training academy Limited will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if any instances happen where the course is needed to be rescheduled at last minute.  We will offer alternative dates for students to attend, REFUNDS are not available on any of our courses.  (if at our discretion a refund has been issued due to us notbeing able to offer a course in your area this can take upto 28 days to show in your bank account account.) 
Oh Doll Training academy Limited reserves the right to change or restructure course content in order to best cater for students learning abilities. This can result in an increase or a decrease in course content.

 

 

All terms and conditions are accepted by students upon booking any courses.

 

Return Policy...

-If a course is to be cancelled for any reason including reasons beyond out control, an alternative training date will be offered.  Students will be offered the oppurtunity to attend other dates and locations, however costs incurred are not the responsibiltiy of trendy locks and are solely on the student. 

-On occasion things may happen such as vehicle breaking down, cancelled flights etc in these instances we will contact relevant students and offer alternative training dates.  The courses are not refundable, we will however be clear with communication and help to accomadate where we can with dates.  

-All COURSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, IF  YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR QUERIES REGARDING OUR COURSES AFTER COMPLETION PLEASE CONTACT US IN WRITTING, WE WILL ALWAYS OFFER FREE RESIT OF THE COURSE IF NEEDED, THE DATE OF THIS WILL BE AT Oh Doll Training academy Limited  DISCRETION, FAILURE TO ATTEND AFTER AGREEING TO THE DATE WILL RESULT IN THE COURSE BALANCE FEE BEING RE-INVOICED FOR PAYMENT.

-IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE STUDENT TO CHECK THE COURSE CONTENT BEFORE BOOKING, IF ONCE COMPLETED A COURSE YOU DECIDE THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR YOU THE COURSE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.  

-DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, SLANDER AND OTHER ABUSIUVE BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLLEREATED AND WE WILL FOLLOW LEGAL PROCEEDINGS FOR DAMAGES.

 

Online training courses are non refundable, you have 6 months from date of purchase to complete your course. 

Online training courses do not include kits, if the course advertising we offer a complimentary item of kit this comes with no guarantee and is simply a complimentary item we have not charged you for
